Our Policies


Your time and your treatment is very important to us, but arriving late will deprive you of the full service. In the event of arriving 10 minutes past your appointment scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule and charge the late cancellation fee of $50.

Cancellation/No Show

We kindly ask if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that you provide a 48 hour notice so that other guests’ can get an appointment in a timely manner and as a respect for the provider’s time. In the event of a late cancellation, a $50 charge will be applied.
In the event of a no call/no show, the cost of your service will be charged. If a client has late cancelled/no show 2 times, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Refund/Return Policy

We do not offer any refunds on services performed. Results are variable from person to person and while we do what is best to help you achieve the outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients will be responsible for additional treatments needed, unless specified by the owner.
We do not offer refunds on retail products unless the product is defective or due to allergy.
No refunds on gift certificates purchased.

Children Policy

We love children and babies, but kindly ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This will assure safety and a relaxing environment to all clients at Radiant Skin. If you can’t make arrangements prior to your appointment, please give us a call to reschedule.

Packages/Prepaid Services

Packages and prepaid services expire 1 year after the date of purchase.
